One of the best Hotels I stayed in, once in Hanoi a must to visit bang in the centre and 5 star all the way. The service is good 100% and good staff throughout. A tour of the underground shelter is a must with a great guide not to be missed Enjoy
We had dinner in the Spices Garden restaurant & were very impressed with the entire experience. The decor of the Metropole was superb, the staff were so friendly, yet highly professional & the food was exceptional! We would highly recommend & will go again.

An iconic 5 star hotel filled with tons of historical old colonial French charm. The service from beginning to end of my stay was heavenly. Sofitel Legend Metropole is a MUST stay when visiting Hanoi! Kudos to all the staff from the doormen, to the Club Lounge staff, my butler Quán, waitress Le Beaulieu LAN, Yen - the bomb shelter tour guide & ALL the staff that made my stay ‘Perfect’ - a big ‘merci beaucoup!!’

This is a beautiful hotel. We dined in the Vietnamese Restaurant and the buffet was superb. The staff were very friendly and the range of food was exceptional. I would recommend dining here when visiting Hanoi.
