I have had some really nice experiences at restaurants in Ha Noi recently, this was one of the best. We shared a 450 grams dry-aged rib eye which was melt in the mouth succulent, beautiful marbling and no gristle!! And the sides! The fries, hand-cut and potato wedges were fabulous. In addition to the food, the service was spot on, attentive and let us enjoy. We lucked into a private room which was perfect as we brought little ones. I want to shout out a big thank you to La Bete for a wonderful meal and we will certainly be back!!! Phoung Mai said to say hi too! (She was looking for more steak this morning! Yum yum as she did say!)
outstanding wellington beef recipe, can't wait to try dry aged beef!!!
Medium rare Tbone and very fresh caesar salad are my favors in here!
